What can I say?  I’m an old soul, so it just makes sense that I would love vampires.  I was hooked from Salems Lot as a child and then Fright Night & The Lost Boys sealed my fate.  The only time I’ve been speechless was when I met my idol, Anne Rice and it was because of her, that I decided to bare my soul and write my vampire story.
I’m an unapologetic geek who loves Funko Pops (all the vampire ones I can find), comic books (Morbius & Blade two of my favorites) and a really good sci-fi or vampire movie.  Never one to hang with conformity, I thrill in the unique.  Probably why I love doing Vamp Chat so much with Dan.  When we met it was two kindred spirits coming together.  I love seeing what we can dig up about one of our all time favorite topics, exploring each other’s perspectives, learning new things, and then sharing what we uncover with our like-minded fans.  I couldn’t ask for a better co-host.
Eva

I was a kid when I saw Bela Lugosi on TV and thought, “Who is this guy with those mesmerizing eyes and that black cape?” I wanted to be him because he always seemed to own the room. Then I saw Christopher Lee and understood the erotic pull of the Dracula character.
Soon I was reading Anne Rice which got me thinking about writing my own vampire tale, but it was decades later when I finally had the courage to explore (reveal?) that darker side of me. Getting that novel published gave me the confidence to put myself out there as, not an authority on vampires, but someone who could host a show about this topic. And that’s when I met Eva. We’d been invited to a joint book signing in Georgetown, KY, and immediately clicked. We were probably five minutes in when the subject of co-hosting a show came up and, less than a year later, we made it happen. So Eva and I, and I suppose our fans, owe a thanks to Bobbi, owner of Fabled Forest Books, for bringing us together.
